People ask me all the time, “Andrea, what is the Shine Crew?”
And I always smile, because the truth is, it started simple and turned into something powerful.
The Shine Crew is not a membership you join just to check a box.

Who the Shine Crew Is
The Shine Crew is made up of women who decided they were done shrinking.
Women who love God, but are also learning how to trust Him with their visibility.
Women who are showing up in real life, real time, with real stories.
Some are leaders. Some are creators. Some are still figuring it out.
All of them are courageous.
The Shine Crew began in the comment section. Literally.
Women showing up day after day, encouraging one another, praying for each other, and saying, “If she can do it, maybe I can too.”
That’s the heartbeat of this crew.
